Shipping policy

 

This page sets out the shipping and returns terms for Jacksons of Hebden Bridge Church Kneelers (owned by Hayes & Finch Limited) and this website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK MAINLAND

All UK mainland orders over the value of £150.00 including vat will be packed and delivered with a minimal handling charge of £5.50 using standard carrier. For orders under the value of £150.00 including vat, a carriage charges of £9.99 will apply.

Our standard carriage charge applies to single parcels that weigh less than 25kg, these goods will be sent by carrier at a charge of £9.99 per parcel.

Our minimum postage charge is £5.50 and this will be applied to any items that are suitable in size and weight to be sent via post.

Carriage charges for large, bulky or heavy items will be quoted for at point of order or quotation.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR IRELAND

For Ireland orders please contact us.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

Orders for countries outside UK mainland, including Isle of Man and the Channel Isles will be packed and delivered for £15.00 using standard carrier.

Orders for Northern Ireland will be packed and delivered for £25.00 using standard carrier.

 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

For International countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United States, orders will be packed and delivered at a standard charge of £55.00 and upwards depending on location.
